Die Teilnehmer/innen werden dreimal am Nachmittag online in der Gruppe auf eine Reise der Selbstentdeckung genommen. Das Ganze ist auf dem ganzheitlichen Konzept von SBL aufgebaut mit dem Ziel, die Teilnehmer/innen an ihr Ziel zu begleiten.
Die Sessions werden in englischer Sprache abgehalten.
Die Begleitung dauert fast ein ganzes Schuljahr und kann begleitend durchgeführt werden.
